Position: Bilingual Credit Representative
Division: Finance (Corporate)
Location: Toronto
Reports to: Director, Corporate Credit

We have a dynamic and challenging position available.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts
• Resolve discrepancies and issues
• Analyze customer risk through credit tools available
• Make decisions on releasing/holding orders
• Collect overdue accounts

Background Required:

• Post secondary education courses in business
• At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in the Credit field is required, including both credit risk assessment and collections
• Strong organizational, planning and decision making skills
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Strong PC skills
• Bilingualism in French/English essential
