Momentive Selects Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited as Exclusive Canadian Distributor of Specialty Fluids and Silanes Materials

Albany, NY, April 1, 2009 - Momentive Performance Materials announced today that Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited has been named the exclusive Canadian distributor of its specialty fluids and silanes materials. Under the agreement, Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited, one of the nation's premier suppliers of raw materials and chemicals to manufacturers, will manage the distribution of Momentive's high technology specialty fluids and silanes to customers in Canada.
