Bar Coding and Custom Labeling
This system provides coding for products that can be easily scanned and monitored. We also are able to produce custom labels for customers for special product packages.

Custom Packaging
We have a high speed, automated multi-purpose bagging operation for various products and have the capability to repackage into a variety of package sizes up to super sacks. We have the capability to handle gravity and pneumatic off loading from bulk trucks and rail cars. We also have the capability of transloading from rail car to bulk truck.

Custom Solvent Blending
We have an automated liquid filling operation that is capable of blending and filling customer supplied formulations. These can be packaged in returnable or non-returnable drums and tote tanks, and bulk trucks. Customer containers can be used if containers are inspected and approved for use. The initial order takes about five working days to process. After the first order we can fill on a forecasted demand.

Distribution Resource Planning Inventory System (DRP)
Enterprise wide computer forecasting and control of corporate inventory assuring in-stock conditions for our regular customers.

Emergency Response
An Emergency Response Plan was devised to respond to emergency situations that may arise at out sites. We feel confident that we have taken every precaution to minimize any risks to our employees, the environment, and our neighbouring communities.

Quality Management
Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited is an industry leader in product and process quality. In addition to industry’s standard "quality assurance" practices, we have implemented the initiatives outlined on our Quality Management page.

Returnable Drum Program
In order to reduce, reuse, and recycle we have a returnable drum program for many products. When drums are empty we will issue a return for drums in a clean, sound condition. The drums are cleaned and reconditioned. Prior to refilling, each drum is individually inspected for contamination.

Sales Force Automation (SFA)
National sales force is equipped with the latest in mobile computerized customer information tools and connectivity through to all of our offices, offering superior management of our customers needs.

Tote Tracking System
Tote tanks are dedicated by product and are tracked by tote serial number using the Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited bill of lading system.

Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)
This system remotely manages customer inventory from computerized tank level monitoring through to delivery scheduling, virtually eliminating customer stock outs and production down time.
