Custom Blending & Packaging
We have a high speed, automated multi-purpose bagging operation for various products and have the capability to repackage into a variety of package sizes from 20 kg to 1200 kg bulk bags. We have the capability to handle gravity and pneumatic off loading from bulk trucks and rail cars. We also have the capability of transloading from rail car to bulk truck.
We have an automated liquid filling operation that is capable of blending and filling customer supplied formulations. These can be packaged in returnable or non-returnable drums and tote tanks, and bulk trucks. Customer containers can be used if containers are inspected and approved for use. The initial order takes about five working days to process. After the first order we can fill on a forecasted demand.
Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)
This system remotely manages customer inventory from computerized tank level monitoring through to delivery scheduling, virtually eliminating customer stock outs and production down time.
Tank Installations and Management
Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited can provide complete tank installations for products such as Caustic Soda, Nitric, Sulphuric, and Hydrochloric Acid, etc. This eliminates both capital and maintenance costs for our customers while offering savings versus packaged reagents. Our highly qualified, experienced engineering personnel can also offer advice through site visits for customer-owned storage facilities.
Safety Training
Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited provides on-site safety training and assistance with chemical management, storage, and handling of dangerous goods.
MSDS Management
Our MSDS management system provides up-to-date safety data sheets to customers automatically to ensure that they are in compliance with applicable safety regulations. These documents are also available through our website search engine.
On Site Assessments
Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited can provide on site testing of water / effluent streams to determine the most effective course of treatment required. Examples include corrosion coupon monitoring and polymer / coagulant jar testing.
